At our Czech Customer Solution Centre, we focus on high-quality customer support, open communication, and effective collaboration across teams. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service team, who will help ensure smooth order processing and maintain a high standard of customer care.

About the Job

  • Communication with customers and coordination of their order-related requirements
  • End-to-end management of customer orders – from entry to delivery
  • Monitoring order status, product availability and delivery timelines
  • Coordination of activities across departments (production, logistics, SCM, sales)
  • Working with data in the ERP system (e.g. customer creation, commercial terms)
  • Handling customer complaints and operational requests
  • Monitoring selected KPIs and supporting their achievement
  • Close collaboration within the team to ensure a high level of customer support

About the Ideal Candidate

  • High school or university education (business or technical background is an advantage)
  • Ideally at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Experience working with an ERP system (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Responsibility, independence and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships

Language skills—English at a conversational level. 

Fluency in Czech or Slovak is required.
