At Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, we enhance automotive performance, ensure stable aircraft landings, and enable excavators to break through the impossible. At Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Helsingør, we are a team of 315 dedicated colleagues specializing in the development and production of sealing systems for high-tech companies in the hydraulic, automotive, aviation, shipbuilding, offshore, and machinery industries.
The Team, Your Role, and Your Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will join our Quality Assurance department, which consists of four employees. Together with the team, you will play a key role in the continuous development of on-site quality. Your primary responsibility will be audits and ensuring timely planning, execution, and follow-up. This includes internal audits across all areas, supplier audits (a few annual travel days must be expected), and facilitation of external audits (customer and certification audits).
Additional tasks in the department that you will be part of include non-conformity and complaint handling – including creation and follow-up, both internally at TSS Helsingør and with our internal customers globally. You will also contribute to the further development of, among other things, our QMS system, training system, and SOP descriptions.
You will support a quality-conscious mindset across the organization, ensuring that everyone continuously considers quality in their work.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong background in Quality Assurance and audits, preferably from a larger manufacturing company. Your Quality Assurance and audit skills are well proven, and you likely have an educational background at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level. You must have knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard, and it is considered a plus if you have knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or AS9100 (not a requirement). Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
You are a team player with a positive, proactive, and open attitude. You are curious, structured, analytical, and comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization.

You show courage, meet everyone with a positive and welcoming approach, value collaboration, and appreciate direct contact with colleagues in both manufacturing and administration.
