Scope of your role:

Experience in SAP data migration implementation for master and transactional data from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA
Analyze legacy data structures, define source-to-target mappings, assess business requirements, and develop mapping rules for SAP data objects
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and drive data cleansing and enrichment activities
Develop robust, reusable programs using SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, and LSMW
Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and FICO
Participate in planning data migration cycles by considering data object dependencies, ensuring comprehensive test scenarios, and supporting cutover plan creation
Oversee data migration execution, implement performance optimizations, perform root cause analysis, conduct post-load evaluations, and generate reports
Prepare technical specifications, data mapping documents, application manuals, and training materials

Your Qualifications:

Degree in an IT-related field, such as Information Technology, Informatics, Business, or an equivalent discipline
Over 5 years of relevant experience with SAP data migration projects, preferably with S/4 HANA, using professional ETL tools like BODS, LTMC, SAP Fiori apps, and LSMW
Advanced expertise in SAP Migration Object Modeler and designing custom migration objects
Strong understanding of SAP data structures and business processes in Sales, Logistics/Production, and Finance/Controlling
Advanced knowledge of SQL and SQL Script, with at least basic programming skills in ABAP and debugging
