Join our new Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Central Demand Planning Team. We are searching for professionals who are passionate about developing their field-specific expertise. As a demand planner, your major responsibility is to supervise demand planning activities of our CSC as well as evaluate requirements to meet customer requests while taking into account complexity and changing conditions.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

Support Sales in building Sales Forecast (Define FC Strategies, Run Statistic, Harmonize and Standardize FC processes)
Consult European Competence Centers
Validate Sales Plans (Over-/Underplanning, Accuracy, Completeness)
Closely align customer forecasts with SCM
Approve item reclassification and control MOV and safety stock
Work closely with responsible Planners in CSC on demand and supply issues at the mix level and support in allocation decisions

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proficient English
Communicative & Data affinity
Independent working
Business Analyst knowledges (Reporting, Data Analysis), ideally IBM Cars/Cognos, TM1 or similar and for sure Excel, Power BI
Forecasting, Statistical Models and Methods, Forecast Accuracy and Bias analysis
Demand Planning Background is beneficial
SAP S4 Hana experience is beneficial

Disclosure and transfer of personal data
