As a key member of our central EMEA team, you’ll be responsible for handling and executing Sales MDG (Master Data Governance) processes in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. You’ll act as a crucial quality gatekeeper, supporting the sales organization by processing material requests, maintaining master data, and driving improvements in data quality.
Your Responsibilities – Where You’ll Shine
Process Execution
- Handle end-to-end execution of Sales MDG processes upon sales request
- Process standard and non-standard material creation requests
- Handle business partner setups, sales organization/plant extensions
- Coordinate sub-processes (e.g., drawing approval workflows)
- Track and follow up on pending tasks, providing clear feedback to requestors
Data Quality Assurance
- Review and validate data requests from Sales
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data
- Proactively request missing information
- Provide mentorship and training to Sales teams to improve data input quality
What You Bring – Your Experience and Mindset
- Degree or vocational experience in a technical or engineering field
- Technical background and strong affinity for structured processes
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP/MDG is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages a bonus
- Superb communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Ideally, knowledge of sealing products and materials (rubber, plastics, etc.)
