Trelleborg Mining is looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team on the West Coast and help drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the charge by coordinating operational and engineering teams to deliver top-tier products
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals by managing your own customer base and long-term growth strategies
  • Expand your territory by uncovering new business opportunities and growing key accounts
  • Promote cutting-edge wear solutions, independently manage the business development cycle, from prospecting and proposal creation to closing deals
  • Be a key player in day-to-day sales, collaborating on marketing plans and ensuring seamless execution (Head office/corporate and onsite)
  • Provide exceptional customer service responding to requests professionally, promptly, and with attention to detail
  • Solution sales focused by identifying customer needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Key Account Management - Accurately manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using our CRM system

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in WA Iron ore mining, material handling and industrial processing plants
  • A willingness to travel interstate and internationally as the business requires
  • In-depth knowledge of wear products, supply applications, and the ability to supervise installations with expertise
  • Existing relationships in the industry to generate new business opportunities
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, and competitive offerings in the Iron ore industry
  • Confidence to present technical and commercial proposals with clarity, addressing client concerns effectively. (Head office and onsite)
