We are seeking a Training and Development Executive to be instrumental in enhancing employee performance and skills. You will design, implement, and manage training programs in collaboration with department heads. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the professional and personal growth of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs and Design: Conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop customized programs aligned with company goals.
- Program Development and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various methods, ensuring alignment with industry standards, compliance, and best practices.
- Compliance and Safety: Manage and update mandatory safety, health, and compliance training, coordinating with regulatory bodies to meet industry standards.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making continuous improvements based on data.
- Records and Reporting: Oversee training records management, monitor employee progress, and prepare detailed reports on training outcomes for senior management.
- Employee Development and Coordination: Support career development, collaborate with management, and coordinate with external providers to enhance training opportunities and align initiatives with company objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Required: Degree level of Education at MQF Level 6 or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Desired: 2+ years of work experience in training, development, or human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programmes.
- In-depth understanding of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and performance improvement techniques.
