About the Job
I. General information:
- Job Title: Project Engineer (Project Management)
- Report to: Supply Chain Manager
- Working Location: Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria & Vung Tau Province, Vietnam (Shuttle bus will be provided from 3 locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City, and Vung Tau City)
II. Summary of the role:
- Project management representative in Trelleborg manufacturing plant and responsible for the whole project management/ coordination process.
III. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate relevant departments to review the drawings, inspection & testing requirement, to estimate cost and lead time, and finally to provide the quotation.
- Responsible for order receiving, order reviewing with relevant departments, order discussion and confirmation with sales team, and correct order entry into ERP.
- Communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
- Monitor, compare and analyze standard and actual cost, and involve in cost saving if possible.
- Communicate with team periodically for updated rolling forecast and planning.
- Involve in dealing with customer complaint, including product complaint & logistics complaint.
- Customer reception, including accommodation, transportation, agenda etc.
- Other tasks assigned by manager
About the Ideal Candidate
- University with engineering background.
- 3 years project management experience is preferred.
- PMP qualification is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate as per requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent English.
- Strong people and relationship building skills.
- Tasks driven with a positive, professional, willing attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple items.
