Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Cadley Hill, is looking to recruit a Customer Service.  This role will report to the MPS – Customer Service working as part of the Customer Service Team based here at Cadley Hill. The primary function of the CS position is to provide outstanding customer service and total customer satisfaction to existing and prospective customers while operating within established procedures.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries related to orders and lead times via phone, teams, and email.
  • Conduct regular calls with customers to provide order updates, discuss lead times, and address any concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering professional service.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on orders, inventory, and pricing.
  • Manage customer orders, including contract review, order entry, stock checks, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Monitor new orders for minimum quantity and pricing compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, Dispatch, and Production, to resolve order-related issues.
  • Support Export Control requirements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with SAP is essential for order management and business operations.
  • Comfortable handling customer calls and providing real-time updates on orders.
  • Educated to A/NHD level or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with MRP experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
