Are you an expert in Software Asset Management looking for an opportunity to shape and optimize processes in a dynamic environment? Do you have deep knowledge of software licensing models and enjoy ensuring compliance while identifying cost-saving opportunities? If so, we want you on our team!

As a Software Asset Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintaining high data quality within our Software Asset Management (SAM) tool. You will oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle for specific vendors like Microsoft and SAP, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency in software usage.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Implement and optimize Software Portfolio & Lifecycle Management strategies.
Ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
Act as the subject matter expert for licensing models of key vendors (Microsoft, SAP, and others).
Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities in software licensing and renewals.
Develop and monitor key performance metrics for software license compliance.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, including software installation and inventory systems.
Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate projects and report progress effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
In-depth knowledge of license models for software vendors (Microsoft, SAP, etc.).

Disclosure and transfer of personal data
