We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to enhance our team's efficiency in maintaining plant and production equipment. Your role will involve solving equipment faults, support on equipment IT systems, leading maintenance projects while ensuring optimal equipment upkeep and infrastructure maintenance. You will also organize training for maintenance staff, improve maintenance procedures, support energy-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety regulations. Strong IT proficiency, awareness of continuous improvement tools, and excellent time management and presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for the maintenance team in solving faults on plant and production equipment.
Ensure optimum upkeep of equipment related to plant, production, and infrastructure.
Lead maintenance-related projects and suggest permanent solutions for repetitive faults through engineering and data analysis.
Manage and actively support energy-saving initiatives while ensuring all Environment, Health, and Safety instructions are implemented.
Oversee commissioning of new equipment and directly liaise with OEMs for assistance thereafter.

What we are looking for:

Required: Degree level of Education at MQF Level 6 or higher in Mechanical/Electrical, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired: 2+ years of work experience in a maintenance environment.
Competent in Microsoft Office, Project, Access, and AutoCAD.
