Task and Responsibilities:

Develop and document detailed business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance.
Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable (A/P), general ledger (GL), cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
Ensure that financial statements are fully compliant with relevant accounting standards and are prepared within set deadlines.
Prepare and publish accurate monthly financial statements in a timely manner.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reports and filings.
Research and resolve technical accounting issues to ensure compliance with latest regulations.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all adjustments and reconciliations are completed accurately.
Implement quality control measures over financial transactions and reporting to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and relevant business regulations.
Developing simple and transparent forecasts and budgets with the appropriate departmental managers responsible for delivery of those budgets, and then working closely with them to ensure that they can clearly track their progress and achieve success.
Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and initiatives to align the finance function with the overall business needs.

Education and Experience:

BSc or BA degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification or equivalent.
At least 8 years of working experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data.
In-depth knowledge of general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
A strong track record of understanding, influencing, and supporting operational teams.
Extensive experience in accounting and financial control practices.

Disclosure and transfer of personal data
