KVALIFIKATIONER

Summary

Primary responsibilities will be maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Collaborate closely with internal customers and coordinates external sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting a manufacturing or similar environment.

This role will work primarily day shift hours. Although rare, the individual should expect some emergency or planned weekend support throughout the year.

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly. Equipment includes (but is not limited to) hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
  • Performs minor equipment rebuilds including electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Performs preventative maintenance activities on various types of equipment to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

Pilot Line Operator

The Pilot Line Operator is responsible for operating a state-of-the-art pilot extrusion coating line used for research and development at a new manufacturing facility in Forest City, NC. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

    1. Excellent working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and local, state, and federal regulations as they relate to environmental health and safety.

    2. Ability to execute emergency response, behavior based safety and risk assessments.

    3. Must have previous knowledge and understanding of industrial hygiene sampling, hazardous waste, fire safety and ergonomics.

    4. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization both written and verbal; must be able to effectively collaborate to drive cultural change.

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for supporting troubleshooting, repairing, modifying and maintaining all mechanical, electrical, instrument, and control components in both plant equipment and facilities systems and components. The Maintenance Team Lead supports the Maintenance Team providing electrical subject-matter expertise and leadership for plant equipment and facility systems.

This role will also directly support routine and frequent roll replacement and setup duties on Coating and Laminating equipment. Responsibilities also include maintaining Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, Catalytic Oxidizer, Solvent Recovery System, and Tank Farm equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the safe, timely, and effective completion of maintenance tasks supporting production and plant needs.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise in electrical (AC/DC), motors, drives, PLCs, instrumental, mechanical, and control system troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and administer small-team workforce activities, including task assignments, shift handoff communication, and performance follow-up.
  • Conduct and oversee equipment diagnostics, failure investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Support CMMS use, ensuring work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and documentation are properly completed.
  • Mentor team members to enhance technical capability, problem-solving skills, and ownership of equipment reliability.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.
  • Overtime may be required to support planned roll replacement work.
  • Support systems across coating/laminating equipment, calenders, RTO/CTO, utilities, boilers, and chillers.
  • Maintain critical spare parts (drives, PLCs, motors, sensors).
  • Manage min/max levels and CMMS tracking.
  • Identify gaps and ensure availability.
  • Ensure compatibility and standardization. - Interface with vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Improve uptime and system reliability.
  • Ensure accurate work order completion.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology or related field preferred
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance with an electrical focus required
  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and equipment requirements
  • PLC troubleshooting and motor control experience
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Stand, walk, kneel, squat and bend for long periods of time throughout 8-12 hour shift
  • Climb ladders and stairs as needed.
  • Push and pull toolboxes throughout the facility
  • Ability to read electrical schematics

Deine Tätigkeiten:

  • Fachgerechte Reinigung und Lackierung von Bauteilen
  • Mischung von Grundierungen und Lacken 
  • Beurteilung der Qualität von Lackierergebnissen
  • Vorbereitungs‐ und Kontrollarbeiten unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Transport von Komponenten mit Hilfe von Flurförderfahrzeugen
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Prozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrielackierer (m/w/d)

Instandhaltungstechniker mit elektrischer Grundausbildung (m/w/d)

Deine Hauptaufgaben sind
  • Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Produktionsanlagen und Peripheriegeräte, wie Spritzgussmaschinen, Roboter, Handlinggeräten und Ofenanlagen
  • Mithilfe beim Erarbeiten von Problemlösungen und Prozesssteuerungen
  • Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Elektroinstallateur, Elektromechaniker oder Automatiker
  • ausgewiesene Praxiserfahrung im Betriebsunterhalt (Bereich Spritzgusstechnik zwingend erforderlich)
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann
  • Besitz der Anschlussbewilligung Art. 15 gewünscht
  • Technisches sowie elektronisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen

Om vores stillinger i produktionen
Vores produktionsafdelinger arbejder med alt fra blanding af råmaterialer, formning af rør og drejning af tætninger på CNC-maskiner til vask, rens, kvalitetstjek og manuel efterbearbejdning af emner.

Arbejdsopgaver i afdelingerne:

Mould – rørproduktion
I Mould arbejdes der med vores råmaterialer i pulverform. Her blandes råmaterialerne i store spande, hvorefter pulveret, under højt tryk, presses til rør i både større og mindre formpressere. Efter rørene er blevet presset, sendes de til sintring, hvor de færdigproduceres i vores ovne. Arbejdsopgaverne kan inkludere tungere løft. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Mould består af:

  • Afmåling og blanding af råmaterialer i pulverform
  • Indstilling og montering af formpressere/kerner
  • Manuel påfyldning og overvågning af formpressere
  • Afmontering og manuel kvalitetskontrol af færdigpressede rør

Drej – drejning af tætninger
I Drej arbejdes der videre med de færdigproducerede rør, som her ved hjælp af CNC-maskiner drejes til vores højteknologiske tætninger. Vi kører alt fra enkeltstyksproduktion med mange omstillinger til højvolumenproduktion, hvorfor der er variation i det, der produceres. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Drej består af:

  • Drejning af tætninger i PTFE og andre plastmaterialer
  • Tilpasning af programmer og værktøjer på CNC-drejebænke
  • Kvalitetskontrol ved brug af manuelt måleudstyr og visionsmaskiner
  • Elektronisk registrering til dokumentation af kvalitetskontrol
  • Bearbejdning i PTFE-materialer

Efterbearbejdning – visuel inspektion, efterbearbejdning og pakning af ordrer
I Efterbearbejdningen foregår den sidste del af produktionsprocessen. Her foregår meget af arbejdet ved manuel og visuel inspektion af tætningerne, men nogle emner kan også have behov for særlig efterbearbejdning i form af vask eller ved, at der laves særlige spor eller huller i tætningerne. Når produkterne er visuelt kontrolleret, skal de pakkes efter ordrernes anvisninger. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i Efterbearbejdningen består af:

  • Manuel og visuel inspektion af færdigproducerede emner
  • Vibrationsafgratning samt vask og rens af emner
  • Fremstilling af spor og huller i tætningerne
  • Overvågning og betjening af automatiserede maskiner
  • Pluk og pak af ordrer

QC – kvalitetssikring af produkter før, under og efter produktion
I Quality Control er kvalitet af højeste prioritet. Her kvalitetssikres vores produkter både før, under og efter produktion, og det er QCs ansvar at sørge for, at vores produkter overholder de kvalitetsstandarder, vi lover vores kunder. QC har en bred kontaktflade, og du skal derfor trives i en udadvendt rolle samt være god til at samarbejde og kommunikere med kolleger på tværs af afdelinger. De overordnede arbejdsopgaver i QC består af:

  • Stikprøvekontrol af emner i alle størrelser og godkendelse af færdige produkter
  • Kontrol af Notch, Cut og afsyrede produkter
  • Assistere produktionen med måleteknik m.m.
  • Udarbejdelse af manuel og elektronisk dokumentation

Vores produktion kører døgnet rundt, og du vil derfor få mulighed for at arbejde i fast skift fra mandag til fredag på enten dag-, aften- eller nathold. Det er dog sjældent, at vi får ledige stillinger på daghold. Uanset hvilket hold du bliver en del af, sørger vi naturligvis for grundig oplæring og løbende udvikling, så du bliver godt klædt på til opgaven.

For os er det ikke så vigtigt, hvad du tidligere har arbejdet med, eller hvilken uddannelsesmæssig baggrund du har – vi tror nemlig på, at hvis man har evnerne og den rette indstilling, vilje og gå-på-mod, så kan resten tillæres. Det vil dog være en fordel, hvis du har en faglig relevant uddannelse, eller hvis du har relevant erfaring fra tidligere beskæftigelse.


For at vi fortsat kan bibeholde en verdensklasseproduktion, er det et krav, at du er grundig, kvalitetsbevidst og aldrig går på kompromis med kvaliteten. Du skal også kunne begå dig på dansk i skrift og tale samt have kendskab til IT på brugerniveau. Det er også vigtigt, at du kan arbejde selvstændigt, og at du trives med at arbejde alene.
