The role partners closely with leaders and employees to align people strategies with business objectives, build organisational capability, and foster a high-performing culture.

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis to provide coverage during a leave of absence. This 8–9 month assignment offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative HR professional who can build strong relationships, provide exceptional employee support, and help ensure continuity across key HR functions throughout the duration of the assignment.
Summary
The Temporary Human Resources Generalist is responsible for working closely with HR and site management to build and maintain a company culture centered around engagement and productivity. This position works across many functional areas including: payroll, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. This role will report directly to the on-site HR Manager.

Summary of the Role:
This position is a strategic business partner to the VP HR, TSS in managing HR functions throughout the Americas, managing consistency in policy and procedure execution across all facets of the organization, supporting organizational change (structure & process), ensuring talent acquisition and development is successful to meet growth targets, and oversees the performance management process, as well as ensuring consistency in compensation and benefits packages.
