About the Job

As a Design Engineer you have responsibility to finish the design, modelling & drafting work allocated to you by your seniors in an efficient and timely manner. This job will entail completion of 3D models and engineering drawings, maintaining work documentation and keeping all projects organized. You will work with Engineers/Project Managers based in different location worldwide to ensure that your work fully aligns with the Customer’s requirements and is in line with TMS standards. The duties and responsibilities of the Design Engineer is not limited to those listed below and are subject to change as per needs of the business.

  • Providing CAD support for products associated with the Customer Group activities.
  • Read and understand the project requirement and connect with respective project owners to clarify data required to complete the project.
  • Discuss with line manager about the project assigned.
  • Maintain all communication in written through mail, even if telephonic discussion is made. Summarize mail should be sent for discussed points to respective persons.
  • Should follow effective modelling and drawings practice.
  • Ensure Information on drawings and documents are accurate and aligning to the requirement.
  • The successful and timely delivery of all drafting and modelling assigned work to you.
  • Ensure models and drawings built / issued for any product are feasible for manufacturing, assembly and installation.
  • Micro planning of tasks assigned.
  • Follow defined company processes and standards.
  • Maintaining customer centricity and ensuring customer happiness through delivery of your work.
  • Performing engineering activities on a day-to-day basis.
  • Checking of other engineer’s models, drawing and other technical documents.
  • Maintaining drawing archives.
  • Ensure, given responsibilities on or before time, with full accuracy.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field. With minimum 3 years of work experience design and engineering.
  • Hands on experience in SolidWorks
  • Having knowledge of I-logic, cad automation would be an added advantage.

Summary of the Role:

The Project Engineer will support the Aerospace Airframe segment by managing customer projects and completing technical requirements from start to finish. The Project Engineer (PE) role is necessary to support TSS target growth segment of aerospace, specifically within airframe customers and applications where projects have a significant degree of requirements. Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Project management experience, PMP, CAPM, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing anti-vibration solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring technical excellence and product performance.   • Customer Liaison
    • Having understood the customer needs the Engineer is expected to continue to work closely with the customers. Through the initial specification phase and the product design freeze and approval phase. Some business travel will be required to support this
  • Concept Proposals
    • It will be incumbent upon the Engineer to create a concept proposal. Including the appropriate technical specification and costs as well as assessing the feasibility of manufacturing the product
  • Performance Criteria 
    • The Engineer will perform the appropriate technical calculations relating to stress, strain and stiffness as well as defining the tests that are to be carried out. The tests should demonstrate that the design meets the customer technical requirements. ·
  • Design Solution 
    • From a clear understanding of the customers requirements a product solution is designed that meets the customers expectations. This will be designed from experience of other similar applications, manual calculations or computer programmes that help provide the best design solution either a modification of an existing design or a new product. The Engineer will raise the appropriate data for a new product and chair engineering review meetings. ·
  • Application Engineering 
    • The Engineer will provide customers with reports detailing the product selection for their application. ·
  • Design for Cost Effective Manufacture
    • The Engineer will ensure that the product is able to be readily manufactured in a timely and cost effective manner by understanding the manufacturing implications of the tolerances and detailed design solution. ·
  • Customer Focus 
    • The Engineer will be dedicated to provide the highest level of customer service and answer all enquiries in a timely manner. ·
  • Guidance and teaching 
    • The Engineer will be provide assistance to all other department members and share knowledge of their experience. They shall advise on best design principles to provide the best design solution

What you bring 

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the anti-vibration products industry
  • Degree qualified in Mechanical or Polymer Engineering
  • Ability to design and communicate the information presented on complex engineering drawings, and have a sound grasp of product design. 3D CAD knowledge is an essential requirement
  • Ability to demonstrate product design experience and understand the design process.
  • A high level of attention to detail is essential.

The Process Development Engineer will optimize the process design for new products using our pilot extrusion coating line for R&D prototyping of polyurethane-coated fabrics. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with process problem-solving, working closely with Product Development Engineers to translate product specifications into scalable manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will drive process optimization, troubleshoot coating issues, conduct testing, and ensure new products meet performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities  

  • Oversee and optimize the operation of the pilot extrusion coating line for R&D prototype production.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Development Engineers to execute coating trials, optimize process parameters, and scale processes from pilot to production. 
  • Maintain detailed trial reports, communicating findings and recommendations to engineering and product development teams. Work safely in a laboratory and manufacturing setting. 

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or similar technical field
  • 2-5 years of technical industrial R&D experience

About the Job

Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer is responsible for technical ownership of an inherited line retrofit with known scope misses and immovable schedule constraints. The Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for rapidly learning both legacy and new process and manufacturing methods and identifying and closing process and equipment gaps by scoping, designing, quoting, and submitting CAPEX change orders required to produce the new products that justified the retrofit, while ensuring successful run-off producing quality sellable product.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve working fluency in legacy and new process flows, CTQs, constraints, and failure modes
  • Build and maintain a Gap Register including missing equipment/capability, consequences, options, cost/lead time, install window and risks
  • Convert gaps into executable packages: scope, design intent, RFQs, quotes, CAPEX and change orders, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure mechanical process readiness for run-off including utilities, guarding, access, maintainability, safety integration, and training artifacts
  • Become fluent with Project Transfer documentation to absorb constraints, decision trail, and daily priorities
  • Document legacy vs. new process differences and identify what is required to achieve “quality, sellable product” at run-off
  • Develop a working map of CTQs and process windows for legacy and new products
  • Own scope development for missing equipment and capabilities including process equipment, material handling, thermal and process systems and instrumentation, utilities
  • Develop RFQ packages and coordinate vendor engagement; compress lead times by issuing early and refining with addenda as needed
  • Drive change orders and CAPEX with objective success metrics and acceptance criteria; maintain change control and document assumptions
  • Coordinate install windows and commissioning readiness with PM, maintenance, contractors, and the Controls Engineer
  • Partner tightly with the Rockwell Controls Engineer to ensure instruments and field devices and control requirements are aligned early
  • Ensure the installed reality matches run-off needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years direct experience and responsibility for industrial automation in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience scoping and implementing process equipment changes in a live plant environment required
  • Previous experience with executable scopes including RFQs, cost and lead time assessment, installation planning, acceptance testing plans required
  • Ability to operate under ambiguity early and converge rapidly to execution discipline
  • Previous experience with line retrofits, brownfield projects, or inherited projects with incomplete scope preferred
  • Previous experience supporting commissioning and run-off and defining objective acceptance criteria preferred
  • Previous experience writing CAPEX justifications and managing change orders preferred

Required

  • 4 year degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Understanding of ISO9001 or 13485 standards

About the Job
As a Junior Engineer you have responsibility to finish the design, modelling & drafting work allocated to you by your seniors in an efficient and timely manner. This job will entail completion of 3D models and engineering drawings, maintaining work documentation and keeping all projects organized. You will work with Engineers/Project Managers based in different location worldwide to ensure that your work fully aligns with the Customer’s requirements and is in line with TMS standards. 
The duties and responsibilities of the Junior Engineer is not limited to those listed below and are subject to change as per needs of the business.
  • Providing CAD support for products associated with the Customer Group activities.
  • Read and understand the project requirement and connect with respective project owners to clarify data required to complete the project.
  • Discuss with line manager about the project assigned.
  • Maintain all communication in written through mail, even if telephonic discussion is made. Summarize mail should be sent for discussed points to respective persons.
  • Should follow effective modelling and drawings practice.
  • Ensure Information on drawings and documents are accurate and aligning to the requirement.
  • The successful and timely delivery of all drafting and modelling assigned work.
  • Ensure models and drawings built / issued for any product are feasible for manufacturing, assembly and installation.
  • Micro planning of tasks assigned.
  • Follow defined company processes and standards.
  • Maintaining customer centricity and ensuring customer happiness through delivery of your work.
  • Performing engineering activities on a day-to-day basis.
  • Checking of other engineer’s models, drawing and other technical documents.
  • Maintaining drawing archives.
  • Ensure, given responsibilities on or before time, with full accuracy.
  • If given task is completed, you should approach your immediate line manager.
  • Carry out general tasks as designated by the line manager.
  • Communicate efficiently both in writing and verbally

  • Having knowledge of I-logic, cad automation would be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to working methodology as per ISO9001

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

  • Execute project-specific engineering designs based on technical specifications and industry standards.

Summary of the Role: 

The Test Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of product testing within the engineering lab. This position supports the development and validation of products by preparing samples, setting up and operating test equipment, and collecting precise data for analysis. The role is essential for maintaining efficient and effective lab operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. By delivering high-quality test results, the Test Technician helps engineers make informed decisions that impact product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and label seal samples (e.g., O-rings, diaphragms) for testing
  • Assemble test rigs and connect instrumentation as directed by test engineers; assist in running standard and custom tests, and monitor equipment
  • Log test parameters and results into data management systems accurately
  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, minor repairs and trouble shooting on test equipment including hydraulic systems, electrical systems and other industrial equipment
  • Assist Engineers with the design and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and machines for product testing, including creating CAD drawings and updating mechanical schematics
  • Participate and communicate with internal customers in support of project activities
  • Monitor and restock lab supplies, including consumables and spare parts
  • Follow all lab safety protocols and promptly report hazards or incidents

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a lab or technical environment (entry-level candidates considered)
  • Familiarity with test equipment and procedures preferred
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components preferred
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and circuit design preferred
  • Knowledge of CAD and fixture design preferred
  • Reporting writing experienced preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with MS office
